- 01Selling Value of Veeva Services: Educate customers on methodology and the value of Veeva's Professional Services
- 02Engagement Design: Define and prescribe the best Professional Services model for a given customer
- 03Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, strategy, services, business consulting, solutions consulting
- 04Operational Excellence: Take strong ownership of a high-volume pipeline through consistent execution
- 05Leadership Through Influence: Provide thought partnership to the broader business and drive meaningful results
Требования
- 013+ years of experience delivering software implementation and enhancement projects
- 021+ years of experience scoping/defining project plans, resource models, and negotiation of Statements of Work for software implementation projects a plus
- 03Background in Life Sciences, Health Care, or Tech preferred
- 04Experience working with Clinical Operations, Pharmacovigilance, or Regulatory Information Management (RIM) software applications a plus
- 05A problem-solving and customer services-oriented mentality
- 06Consulting, Tech Sales, and Program/Project Management experience
- 07Remote role based in North America, with ability to work across time zones and travel when required (~10-15%)
