Senior Strategic Finance Manager - Marketing

Обязанности
- 01Own the marketing finance partnership
- 02Be the go-to strategic finance partner for the VP of Marketing and their leadership team
- 03Build and own the frameworks for measuring ROAS, channel efficiency, and attribution across paid, brand, and lifecycle
- 04Own our evolution toward incrementality testing and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
- 05Own our unit economics model, reporting, and insights
- 06Lead marketing planning
- 07Own the annual and long-range planning process for the marketing org
- 08Develop AI-powered workflows, automated reporting, and intelligence systems
- 09Present findings and recommendations directly to senior leaders
- 10Govern the budget management and reporting for the COO's overall budget
Требования
- 018+ years of progressive finance experience
- 02At least 4 years as a dedicated partner to B2B marketing organizations
- 03Foundation in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
- 04Deep fluency in marketing economics
- 05Fluency across the marketing measurement stack
- 06Experience across both PLG and sales-led go-to-market motions
- 07Track record of driving business outcomes through financial insight
- 08Built something with AI - a model, an automated analysis, a workflow
- 09Expert-level financial modeling
- 10Strong executive presence
- 11Hands-on experience with Marketing Analytics tools
- 12Salesforce
- 13BI tools
- 14SQL
- 15Identify problems before they're handed to you
- 16A-player mindset with a strong bias for action

- 01On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (San Francisco, CA) $192,000 — $248,600 USD
