Обязанности
- 01Lead the creation of Technical Design Documents for new solutions or integrations
- 02Build multi-system integrations and design scalable, maintainable data models for enterprise applications
- 03Develop custom applications and modules using JavaScript, Glide, HTML, and CSS
- 04Build UI components to enhance user experience
- 05Design scalable, maintainable solutions optimized for performance and asynchronous processing
- 06Lead project delivery by managing risks, communicating progress, speaking to design, and representing the team in cross-functional discussions
- 07Lead stakeholder demos for larger initiatives
- 08Consult on design decisions for small-to-medium initiatives
- 09Proactively identify technical debt and performance bottlenecks within the instance
- 10Implement process and job optimizations
- 11Demonstrate and train teams on existing functionality
- 12Analyze and review larger security concerns and propose solutions or mitigation strategies
- 13Represent the team on CAB calls and facilitate the change approval process
Требования
- 01Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development including client- and server-side scripting
- 02Experience architecting and building REST/SOAP integrations
- 03Proficiency in designing modular, reusable components
- 04Proven ability to lead small-to-medium enhancements or projects end-to-end
- 05Solid understanding of ServiceNow best practices for security, change management, and instance health
- 06Strong communication and collaboration skills
- 075+ years of progressive ServiceNow development experience in an enterprise environment
- 08ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent foundational certification
