• 01Design, build, and own backend services and APIs that power workflows for Customer Care Agents, Onboarding Consultants, and the broader Toast team
• 02Build and maintain integrations across internal and external platforms, including CRM and workflow automation tools
• 03Write automated tests and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and system reliability
• 04Monitor feature rollouts, respond to incidents, and iterate based on performance data and customer feedback
• 05Partner with product, design, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver on shared goals
• 06Leverage AI-augmented development tools to increase development velocity and code quality

Требования

• 01A minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 025+ years delivering production backend systems at scale
• 03Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or another object-oriented language
• 04Familiarity with API lifecycle management, including versioning, documentation, and deprecation
• 05Strong understanding of query languages, data modeling, and data distribution
• 06Experience working with microservices and event-driven architectures
