Обязанности
- 01Drive end-to-end development of voice and chat AI systems from concept through production
- 02Build and evolve integrations with third-party AI platforms and internal Toast systems
- 03Design and implement observability, monitoring, and outcome tracking for AI-powered support experiences
- 04Make technical decisions grounded in production data, customer feedback, and operational constraints
- 05Partner with product, support operations, and AI/ML engineering teams to translate ambiguous problems into robust systems
- 06Contribute to technical design and architecture discussions
- 07Mentor and support other engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance
Требования
- 015+ years of experience in software engineering
- 02Strong background building and maintaining production systems using Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented languages
- 03Proven ability to own complex features or projects end-to-end
- 04Experience building integrations with third-party APIs or platforms
- 05Comfortable working in ambiguity and making pragmatic tradeoffs
- 06Strong collaborator who can work effectively across product, operations, and technical teams
- 07Proficient with AI tooling such as Cursor, Claude, and MCP servers
- 08Self-starter who takes ownership of problems and drives work forward

- 01Base salary range: Zone A $159,000 - $254,000 USD
- 02Zone B $138,000 - $221,000 USD
- 03Zone C $125,000 - $200,000 USD
