Responsibilities
- 01Become the trusted technical advisor for key decision-makers: CTOs, CISOs, and Senior Network Engineers
- 02Engage with sales managers to understand current deal statuses and next steps
- 03Leverage technical knowledge to overcome customer barriers and concerns
- 04Influence product direction with understanding of customer needs
- 05Collaborate with support to accelerate product improvement
- 06Work with Project Managers/Operations team in execution of security solutions
- 07Prepare required project documentation (floorplans, scope of work, assumptions)
Requirements
- 01Outstanding Swedish and English written and verbal communication skills
- 02Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information and Computer Technology, Networking, IT Security
- 03Strong background in IT fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing/switching devices
- 04Excellent account management, follow-through, and attention to detail
- 05Entrepreneurial and positive attitude with strong desire to learn
- 06Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week
