Responsibilities
- 01Accountable for market’s business health and delivery on Flexdrive OKRs by analyzing market-level data for performance gaps
- 02Lead team responsible for assisting Lyft drivers through the Express Drive Program, ensuring all team members are up-to-date on trainings and processes
- 03Foster team member growth and development by conducting regular 1:1 meetings and professional development discussions, while coaching through timely and constructive feedback
- 04Drive high utilization metrics by managing vehicle supply lifecycle, from in-fleeting to maintenance to decommissioning and disposition, and reduce out-of-service vehicle time
- 05Responsible for talent retention and serve as the hiring manager for local site, accountable for onboarding process for new team members
- 06Build and maintain strong relationships with various vendors and partners, including service providers, collision shops, and internal/external teams, to optimize vehicle quality and turnaround time
- 07Serve as the primary point of contact for site’s maintenance, security, and safety, partnering closely with cross-functional partners to ensure safety and compliance
Requirements
- 01Passionate about delivering great customer experiences with a strong track record
- 024 years experience managing Retail, customer service, or vehicle rental team
- 033+ years managing hard assets in a fleet management business (car rental, FMC, etc)
- 04Experience managing vendors and partners
- 05Ability to coach and develop team members within the org
- 06Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 07Strong attention to detail
- 08Ability to multi-task and switch into different modes during the workday/week
- 09Lover of dashboards, data, and metrics
- 10A valid unrestricted driver's license and satisfactory driving record and be insurable under Lyft's policy required
