Responsibilities
- 01Project manage all RFP/RFI activities from initial receipt through final submission
- 02Effectively coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams
- 03Lead internal response team alignment calls and check point discussions
- 04Draft response deliverables, manage project workflows, and conduct thorough quality checks
- 05Effectively handle a workload that includes multiple proposal assignments and other team projects, consistently meeting deadlines
Requirements
- 01Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- 025+ years of experience managing complex RFP/RFI proposal responses within a fast-paced B2B SaaS technology environment
- 03Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 04International business experience and an ownership mindset, flexible to support global operations across diverse time zones
- 05Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including advanced use of Styles in Word. Expert formatting, editing, and proofreading skills
