Responsibilities

01Lead the end-to-end delivery of solutions, from project initiation through successful go-live and continuous improvement phases
02Facilitate delivery and execution of new customer implementations, managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, enforces timelines, budget and quality
03Monitor project progress, proactively manage risks and issues, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
04Ensure gaps, risks and timelines are clearly communicated with clear follow-up to task owners until completion
05Consistent review of overall project timeline and identify and communicate risks to project completion timeline clearly and with detailed steps to ensure success
06Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with customers and internal teams
07Serve as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders and Veeva, addressing needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction
08Guide customers in adopting industry and Veeva best practices, with a focus on long-term value realization and process optimization
09Understand project objectives, timelines, deliverables, challenges, and opportunities to deliver tailored solutions
10Proactively provide updates to timeline, project status, risks and gaps
11Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
12Facilitate communication between internal departments to align on project goals and deliverables

01B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent experience
02PMP Certification
035-8 years of project management experience in software implementation, with a strong background in project management and customer-facing delivery
04Demonstrated success leading technology implementations
05Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
06Professional and clear oral and written communication
07Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans
08Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and/or multitask often to meet fluctuating customer/company priorities
09Possesses strong leadership presence and are entirely comfortable holding people accountable to ensure project success and timely execution
10Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite of Applications, Smartsheet
11Must be able to travel and work onsite for customer meetings
