01A track record managing complex enterprise RFP or bid responses end-to-end, from qualification through submission, ideally at a technology company
02A builder's approach to AI and automation: use AI fluently in your own work, have shipped internal tooling or workflows (or partnered closely with engineers to do so), and treat repeated manual effort as a design flaw
03Exceptional writing and editing: turn technical and commercial input from many contributors into clear, compliant, persuasive responses
04Strong project management under deadline pressure — running contributors, review cycles, and sign-offs across functions and timezones without dropping quality
05Commercial instincts: read scoring criteria, spot what will differentiate a response, and flag pursuits that aren't worth the effort

01Remote-first role can be executed from anywhere in the United States (West Coast preferred) or in EMEA
