Responsibilities

01Project manage all RFP/RFI activities from initial receipt through final submission, utilizing Responsive and other enterprise tools to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables
02Effectively coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams (Sales, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Product, Strategy, IT Security, etc.) to develop winning responses
03Lead internal response team alignment calls and check point discussions to understand customer needs, confirm scope, identify key differentiators, and guide the team on assignments and timelines
04Draft response deliverables, manage project workflows, and conduct thorough quality checks (including formatting, proofreading, and editing of all proposal deliverables) to ensure accuracy, clarity, compliance, and a polished appearance
05Effectively handle a workload that includes multiple proposal assignments and other team projects, consistently meeting deadlines

01Strong written and oral communication skills in English
025+ years of experience managing complex RFP/RFI proposal responses within a fast-paced B2B SaaS technology environment
03Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
04International business experience and an ownership mindset, flexible to support global operations across diverse time zones
05Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including advanced use of Styles in Word
06Expert formatting, editing, and proofreading skills
