Responsibilities
- 01Act as the single-threaded leader for Risk, Trust & Vault domain
- 02Translate business goals into versioned APIs and event-driven architectures
- 03Define platform features for client onboarding with low-to-no coding effort
- 04Maintain stability floor with automated quality assurance across fraud screening and card vaulting
- 05Lead a cross-functional pod of engineers and partner with Staff Engineers and CTO Office
- 06Evangelize and operationalize You Build It, You Run It culture
- 07Use RICE framework to prioritize requirements and create executable roadmap
Requirements
- 01Deep technical foundation in cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, APIs, event-driven platforms
- 02Experience building foundational platform capabilities or complex distributed systems in fraud/risk engines, tokenization, or PCI-scoped infrastructure
- 03Track record of driving delivery velocity, unblocking engineering teams, and managing dependencies
- 04Preference for clean, modular architecture
- 05Ability to articulate technical trade-offs to executive stakeholders and translate growth goals into technical requirements
