Responsibilities
- 01Own end-to-end relationships with a defined portfolio of LATAM partners across acquirers, APMs, banks, and fraud/risk vendors
- 02Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring partners are engaged, enabled, and growing within the Yuno ecosystem
- 03Monitor partner health metrics (integration status, volume, NPS) and proactively address issues
- 04Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with Yuno's product and commercial strategy
- 05Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, and SLAs in collaboration with legal and finance teams
- 06Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, and referral programs with strategic partners
- 07Contribute with Yuno's sales pipeline through lead generation coming from partners
- 08Identify commercial opportunities for Yuno’s Banking vertical, own and convert 2e2e commercial partner deal cycle
- 09Work closely with the Product team to advocate for partner requirements and prioritize integrations
- 10Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams to leverage the partner network in merchant acquisition and retention
- 11Provide market intelligence on competitive dynamics, partner capabilities, and LATAM payment trends
- 12Attending industry events to leverage Yuno's brand and connect with the payments ecosystem
- 13Lead the onboarding of new partners, coordinating technical and commercial workstreams
- 14Develop and maintain partner enablement materials, playbooks, and training resources
- 15Organize QBRs, partner summits, and joint planning sessions to align on priorities and pipeline
Requirements
- 015+ years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or a senior commercial role within the payments, fintech, or financial services industry
- 02Demonstrated track record of independently managing strategic partner relationships with acquirers, payment processors, APMs, banks, or fraud solution providers — including commercial negotiations with senior and C-level stakeholders
- 03Evidence of revenue impact through partnerships: revenue-share agreements negotiated, qualified pipeline generated, or joint GTM initiatives with measurable results
- 04Deep experience in the Brazilian payments market is required, including familiarity with the local acquiring landscape, Pix, and industry standards (e.g., ABECS norms)
- 05Strong understanding of the payments value chain, including acquiring, issuing, scheme networks, and alternative payment methods
- 06Ability to operate with high autonomy in ambiguity: identify opportunities, structure the approach, and convert into signed deals with minimal supervision
- 07Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level counterparts
- 08Ability to manage multiple strategic relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- 09Data-driven mindset with ability to define, track, and report on partnership KPIs
- 10Commercial ability to identify opportunities with partners and convert into real deals
- 11Identify commercial opportunities, own and convert e2e commercial partner deal cycle
- 12Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Legal, and Commercial teams
- 13Based in Brazil (Sao Paulo is preferred)
- 14Native or fluent Portuguese speaker; professional proficiency in English is required
- 15Spanish is preferred as candidates will support LATAM-facing partnerships
