Responsibilities
- 01Lead and execute strategic and operational initiatives across key markets
- 02Design, implement, and optimize scalable processes to support rapid growth
- 03Identify operational inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement
- 04Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering to deliver high-impact projects
- 05Analyze data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making
- 06Monitor key business metrics and performance indicators
- 07Manage relationships with partners (PSPs, acquirers, merchants) to ensure operational excellence
- 08Support market expansion efforts and go-to-market execution
- 09Own projects end-to-end, from ideation to execution
Requirements
- 01Fluent English and Portuguese
- 02+4 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or high-growth startups
- 03Strong analytical skills with experience working with data (Excel, SQL, or similar)
- 04Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
- 05Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholders
- 06Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
- 07Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- 08Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- 09High ownership and execution mindset
