Responsibilities
- 01Device and endpoint management — own the MDM platform (Jamf, Intune, or Kandji) for a distributed macOS and Windows fleet: zero-touch provisioning, patching, configuration-as-code, and endpoint security
- 02Identity and access management — administer the identity provider (Okta or equivalent), SSO, MFA, and SCIM; automate onboarding and offboarding, and enforce least-privilege access across every system
- 03SaaS administration and governance — manage the SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and more), rein in shadow IT and OAuth risk, and right-size licenses and access
- 04Security and compliance — build and maintain the controls, access reviews, and audit evidence that keep Yuno compliant (SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001), partnering with Security on vendor reviews
- 05Automation and IT roadmap — replace manual work with scripting and workflow automation (Python, Okta Workflows, or similar), and drive the corporate IT roadmap as the company scales
- 06Support and enablement — act as the senior escalation point for complex IT issues, maintain clear runbooks and documentation, and mentor the IT team
Requirements
- 015+ years in corporate IT, IT operations, or IT systems engineering, ideally supporting a distributed workforce
- 02MDM expertise — hands-on with Jamf Pro, Intune, or Kandji for macOS and Windows fleet management
- 03Identity and access management — managing an identity provider (Okta strongly preferred), SSO, MFA, and provisioning/deprovisioning
- 04SaaS administration — Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and similar, with an understanding of SaaS and OAuth governance
- 05Security and compliance — hands-on support for frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS (access reviews, audit evidence)
- 06Scripting and automation — Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or workflow tools to eliminate manual toil
- 07Networking fundamentals — TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
- 08English — advanced proficiency, written and spoken
