Responsibilities
- 01Go deep on complex, technical workflows and understand the product surface end to end
- 02Own an ambiguous problem area and partner with engineering and product to define direction
- 03Ship high-quality work quickly and iteratively
- 04Contribute novel ideas and patterns for AI-native workflows
- 05Raise the level of the team through product and design judgment
Requirements
- 015+ years experience (exceptional candidates with less considered case by case)
- 02Exceptional taste with strong fundamentals and modern design sensibility
- 03AI-Forward approach designing with and around AI-augmented workflows
- 04Rigorous thinker able to frame ambiguous problems clearly
- 05Systems thinker with range and creativity
- 06B2B / enterprise background (next-gen companies like Linear or Vercel)
- 07Comfortable with complexity and highly technical products
- 08Fluent in AI with up-to-date intuition for AI products
- 09Provably original with work that introduces new ideas or patterns
- 10Fast in fast-moving, iterative environments
