Responsibilities
- 01Embed with the CEO and leadership team to understand company operations
- 02Learn product deeply to engage with customers and engineers
- 03Own operating cadence including leadership meetings and follow-ups
- 04Take ownership of ambiguous cross-functional problems
- 05Drive measurable outcomes on key initiatives
- 06Tighten planning and reporting processes
- 07Represent CEO in meetings and make decisions on their behalf
- 08Run key company processes including planning and board preparation
- 09Identify high-leverage problems and build teams to solve them
Requirements
- 01Strong business generalist with technical bent
- 02Ability to go deep on technical products and conduct meetings with engineers
- 03Founding experience or high ownership in fast-moving environments
- 04Fast learner who can quickly master unfamiliar domains
- 05Exceptionally organized with ability to bring order to ambiguity
- 06Comfortable owning broad and shifting responsibilities
- 07Consulting banking or structured problem-solving background preferred
- 08High trust high judgment and low ego
