Responsibilities
- 01Own the success of our most strategic customer deployments, from initial planning through organization-wide rollout
- 02Act as the quarterback across customer stakeholders and Cursor teams, driving alignment, execution, and decision-making
- 03Turn ambiguity into clear plans, identify risks before they become problems, and keep complex programs moving forward
- 04Build trusted relationships with engineering leaders, executives, and technical teams at some of the world's most sophisticated companies
- 05Create the playbooks, processes, and operating model for how Cursor scales enterprise deployments
- 06Bring customer feedback directly into Product and Engineering, helping shape the future of Cursor
Requirements
- 01Experience leading large, cross-functional technical projects with significant stakeholder complexity
- 02Strong customer-facing skills and a track record of building trust with senior technical and business leaders
- 03Ability to understand technical systems and communicate effectively with engineers
- 04Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- 05Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership without waiting for direction
- 06Bias toward action and a willingness to dive in wherever needed to help customers succeed
- 07Experience with enterprise software deployments, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or program management
- 08Background working with developer tools, infrastructure, AI products, or technical platforms
- 09Experience partnering with large engineering organizations and executive stakeholders
- 10Previous experience at a high-growth startup
