Responsibilities

  • 01Roll out Cursor across strategic engineering organizations
  • 02Configure environments, design workflows, and run hands-on enablement sessions
  • 03Help developers integrate Cursor into real production workflows, not isolated demos
  • 04Drive fast time-to-value and durable adoption across teams
  • 05Identify workflow friction and solve problems quickly
  • 06Identify where Cursor should expand next inside the customer environment
  • 07Help engineering organizations evolve from isolated usage to company-wide adoption
  • 08Design rollout strategies for new workflows, teams, and platform groups
  • 09Partner with customers to operationalize AI-assisted development at scale
  • 10Work closely with Account Executives during major expansion moments
  • 11Build deep relationships with developers, platform teams, engineering leadership, and executive stakeholders
  • 12Lead architecture reviews, technical working sessions, and strategic planning discussions
  • 13Advise customers on developer productivity, workflow design, governance, and AI adoption strategy
  • 14Coordinate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to unblock customer progress
  • 15Help organizations navigate workflow and operational change as AI-native development evolves
  • 16Help customers translate adoption into measurable engineering impact
  • 17Connect Cursor usage to outcomes like faster iteration cycles, improved developer productivity, workflow efficiency, and engineering quality
  • 18Help customers communicate the value of Cursor internally and build momentum for broader adoption
  • 19Turn successful deployments into repeatable workflow patterns across the organization
  • 20Deepen workflow adoption and long-term product stickiness
  • 21Monitor competitive risk and help customers standardize on Cursor over time
  • 22Support recovery plans when adoption slows or competing tools gain traction
  • 23Help customers build workflows they can’t imagine operating without
  • 24Bring structured feedback from strategic customers into Product and Engineering
  • 25Identify emerging workflow patterns, friction points, and enterprise requirements
  • 26Help shape new capabilities through lighthouse customers and design partnerships
  • 27Turn successful customer workflows into reusable playbooks and reference patterns

Requirements

  • 01You have a strong technical background in software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or developer tooling
  • 02You have experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Architect, Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Enterprise Architect, or similar
  • 03You have the ability to work hands-on with engineering teams while also operating strategically with technical leadership
  • 04You have a strong understanding of developer workflows, SDLC tooling, integrations, CI/CD systems, governance, and enterprise engineering environments
  • 05You have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly across both technical and executive audiences
  • 06You have strong instincts around workflow design, adoption strategy, and driving workflow change across engineering teams
  • 07You have high ownership, strong execution skills, and comfort operating in fast-moving environments with ambiguity
  • 08You have a passion for developer tooling and strong conviction around how AI will reshape software engineering
  • 09You are willing to travel to customers needed
