Responsibilities

01Implement and maintain a robust real-time monitoring system that ensures full visibility into critical workflows before incidents escalate
02Provide top support to clients, acting as the main line of defense to address issues, answer queries, and escalate critical incidents when necessary
03Assist backend teams with scripting, bug reproduction, log analysis, and basic API testing
04Create and standardize operational processes that enable scalability and consistent service quality
05Analyze recurring issues and propose data-driven improvements to position the NOC as a strategic function
06Ensure continuous operational coverage with well-structured shift handovers
07Participate in some development activities to build hands-on backend knowledge
08Identify gaps in current tools and workflows and bring solutions to the table

01Fluent English and good communication
022+ years of experience in technical support, NOC operations, or a similar role
03Basic knowledge of monitoring tools and alerting systems
04Coding experience — scripting, debugging, or log analysis
05Familiarity with APIs and ability to assist users with integration or connectivity issues
06Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
07Customer empathy and a service-oriented approach
08Comfort working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
09Mid or senior level
10Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays and covering extra hours if needed, since the goal is to cover the missing shift and have a 24/7 support team
