Customer Support Specialist - Dutch Market

- 01Building strong and lasting relationships with Tibber customers by delivering world-class customer service across multiple channels
- 02Research and resolve customer questions, concerns and issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
- 03Develop knowledge of Tibber's products, services and technologies to provide accurate information and assistance to customers
- 04Helping customers and troubleshooting for both software and hardware, from app issues to charger integrations
- 05Handle questions related to billing, account updates and contracts
- 06Informing customers about energy-saving opportunities, sustainability and how Tibber's services can contribute to this
- 07Accurately maintain records of interactions with customers, processing feedback and resolving issues in our CRM system
- 08Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and contribute to customer service optimisation
- 09You are the voice of the customer within Tibber in terms of insights and providing feedback to constantly improve our products and services
Требования
- 01Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- 02Fluency in Dutch and English
- 03Experience in customer service or another relevant field
- 04Customer-oriented mentality and an empathetic attitude
- 05Ability to solve problems quickly, effectively and efficiently
- 06Technical literacy and comfort in a technology-driven environment
- 07Interest in smart products and services, and a focus on sustainability and energy-saving solutions
