AI Solutions Lead

- 01Identify high-leverage opportunities for AI across Tibber’s products and operations
- 02Design and implement prototypes within days - not months
- 03Embed temporarily in different teams (product, customer support, trading, etc.)
- 04Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
- 05Develop and deploy models, agents, and automations (LLMs, ML models, pipelines)
- 06Integrate AI into production systems with engineering teams
- 07Create reusable AI tools, frameworks, and internal platforms
- 08Enable non-technical teams to leverage AI effectively
- 09Run fast experiments, validate impact, and scale what works
Требования
- 01Strong hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions in production
- 02Confident in Python or TypeScript, and comfortable working with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations
- 03Have worked with LLM-based applications, such as automations, agents, or retrieval-based solutions
- 04Know how to move quickly from idea to prototype, and from prototype to real usage
- 05Have experience helping non-technical teams adopt AI in their workflows
- 06Are pragmatic, structured, and focused on business impact
- 07Communicate clearly and work well across functions
