- 01Pre-sales support & qualification
- 02Analyze the functional and technical needs of prospects
- 03Define the response and positioning strategy for Enterprise clients alongside the sales team
- 04Write and respond to requests for proposals (RFP/RFI) on functional and technical matters
- 05Support the sales teams in defining the value proposition
- 06Prepare and deliver demonstrations based on clients' business value
- 07Set up demo environments or PoVs (Proof of Value) tailored to client challenges
- 08Translate legal business needs into concrete solutions on the platform and into compelling storytelling
- 09Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to surface field needs and functional gaps
- 10Contribute to building offers and commercial proposals
- 11Participate in defining priority use cases and associated ROI
- 12Document field feedback (objections, recurring questions, unmet needs) to enrich sales resources
Требования
- 01Strong understanding of the legal sector (corporate law, compliance, governance, contracts, etc.)
- 02Fluent in Arabic and English (C1 level)
- 03Proficiency in complex sales cycles in B2B SaaS environments
- 04At least 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role at a software publisher or consulting firm
