Digital Workplace Tech Lead

- 01Lead the Workplace IT function across multiple regions
- 02Coordinate and mentor Level 1 support teams
- 03Set priorities, improve processes and raise support quality
- 04Drive a user‑first, high‑performance IT culture
- 05Oversee end‑user support and escalation management
- 06Own onboarding and offboarding workflows at scale
- 07Ensure consistent service delivery across all locations
- 08Manage vendors and local partners internationally
- 09Administer and evolve identity & access management, MDM/endpoint management, SSO, security stack (AV, VPN, firewall) and collaboration tools
- 10Own IT asset lifecycle and governance
- 11Lead tooling and infrastructure projects end‑to‑end
- 12Automate tasks using Copilot, Power Automate and PowerShell
- 13Define architecture, documentation and security standards
- 14Identify gaps, propose solutions and implement improvements
- 15Bring structure, scalability and long‑term vision to Workplace IT
Требования
- 015+ years experience in Workplace IT, Systems or Network roles with leadership or ownership experience
- 02Hands‑on technical skills combined with strategic thinking
- 03Strong decision‑making and accountability
- 04Experience coordinating stakeholders across regions
- 05Fluent English (mandatory) and French (required)
- 06Spanish or Italian language skills are a plus
