Lead Mobile Engineer - React Native

- 01Lead the full rebuild of our existing native mobile applications using React Native, from scratch
- 02Define and implement the mobile architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
- 03Set up the complete CI/CD pipeline for mobile (build, test, distribution, store deployment)
- 04Leverage AI-powered tools (code generation, assisted testing, copilot-style workflows) to accelerate development and raise quality standards
- 05Establish mobile engineering best practices: code structure, testing strategy, release management, and monitoring
- 06Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to deliver a world-class mobile experience
- 07Progressively extend the mobile scope beyond the current feature set, bringing more of the DiliTrust platform to mobile users
- 08Mentor the mobile team as the project scales
- 09Stay on top of React Native ecosystem evolutions, mobile platform changes, and AI tooling advancements
Требования
- 018+ years of professional experience in mobile development
- 02Proven track record as a React Native expert, with deep knowledge of the ecosystem (navigation, state management, native modules, performance optimization)
- 03Demonstrated ability to start a mobile project from scratch: bootstrapping, architecture decisions, CI/CD setup, and store deployment
- 04Experience building and shipping production mobile apps on both iOS and Android
- 05Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar)
- 06Expert-level proficiency in React Native and TypeScript
- 07Strong understanding of native mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and bridging when needed
- 08Solid experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for mobile (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or equivalent)
- 09Experience with automated testing strategies for mobile (unit, integration, E2E)
- 10Familiarity with mobile performance profiling, crash reporting, and monitoring tools
- 11High standards for code quality, testing, and documentation
- 12Ability to take full ownership of a technical domain and drive decisions autonomously
- 13Strong communication skills, able to articulate technical trade-offs to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
- 14Experience mentoring developers and establishing engineering practices within a team
