Обязанности
- 01Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives to meet and exceed pipeline targets
- 02Drive outbound and inbound prospecting strategies to generate qualified pipeline for the field sales team
- 03Partner with Marketing to align on campaign execution, lead follow-up SLAs, and messaging
- 04Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure seamless handoff and conversion of qualified opportunities
- 05Analyse team performance data (activity metrics, conversion rates, pipeline contribution) and implement improvements
- 06Recruit, onboard, and develop SDR talent, with a focus on career progression into Account Executive roles
- 07Represent the Sales Development function in regional planning and business reviews
Требования
- 013–5+ years of experience in Sales Development or inside sales, with at least 1–2 years in a management or team lead capacity
- 02Proven track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline/revenue targets
- 03Strong coaching and people development skills
- 04Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g. Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft)
- 05Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- 06Familiarity with enterprise SaaS or data/cloud technology sales preferred
- 07Experience working in APJ markets (particularly ANZ) is a strong advantage
