Обязанности
- 01Provide outstanding customer service support to employees and internal stakeholders on Contingent SnowForce Team processes, policies, and issues — adhering to team SLAs throughout
- 02Partner closely with the Global Contingent Workforce Leader and Operations Specialist to meet team goals, drive projects to completion, and solve complex problems across the organization
- 03Drive compliance, education, and program-level project initiatives for the Contingent Workforce Program
- 04Help manage day-to-day tactical operations including team alias management, communications, documentation, scheduling, and meeting facilitation
- 05Facilitate resolutions of accommodation requests, immigration requests, cost rate analysis, and investigations for contingent workers
- 06Proactively identify issues based on discussions and emerging trends, escalating appropriately to leadership
- 07Create and maintain documentation around key work functions; provide training and mentoring support in areas where you serve as Subject Matter Expert
- 08Conduct in-person training sessions for stakeholders on contingent workforce processes and policies
Требования
- 013+ years of customer service support experience, preferably in support of a Contingent Workforce program, HR, or workforce management environment
- 02Experience interacting with all levels of a professional organization, from individual contributors to senior leadership
- 03Experience utilizing VNDLY Vendor Management System
- 04Experience working with a Managed Service Provider
- 05Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion while applying company policies and practices to determine appropriate action
- 06Understanding of contingent workforce classifications and processes
- 07Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and address issues before they escalate
- 08Proven attention to detail and accuracy across all areas of work
- 09Excellent communication skills and demonstrated experience handling sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy
- 10Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, ServiceNow, and the ability to leverage AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, CoCo, Snowflake Intelligence, and similar technologies
- 11Self-starter and fast learner capable of operating with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment
- 12Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to thrive in a team environment
