Обязанности
- 01Own recruiting analytics end-to-end: build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure for Recruiting leadership
- 02Build headcount and velocity models: translate hiring targets into pipeline math and tie it to recruiter capacity
- 03Make talent data decision-grade: define core recruiting metrics, document them, and build a single source of truth
- 04Bring signal to pipeline leadership reviews: provide crisp analysis and recommendations during pipeline reviews and QBRs
- 05Improve the recruiting system: use data to identify process, calibration, or prioritization issues and partner with teams to fix them
- 06Use AI as leverage: accelerate query iteration, metric QA, and insight narratives while maintaining clean and auditable logic
Требования
- 01Proven ability to build analytics that teams rely on for real weekly decisions
- 02Strong SQL and data modeling judgment: complex queries, debugging, and maintainable models
- 03Quantitative modeling for recruiting problems: funnel math, capacity views, and stress-testing assumptions
- 04Strategic partner instincts: anticipate leader questions, provide analysis, and interpret data for decisions
- 05AI-fluent with good taste: use AI daily for analysis, QA, and drafting, knowing when to rely on it vs first principles
- 06Comfortable building in Notion: structure knowledge and workflows using databases, views, and documentation

- 01Hybrid work model: office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days)
- 02Possible office locations: San Francisco or New York City
- 03Competitive compensation: estimated base salary range $210,000 - $260,000 per year (location-dependent)
