Обязанности
- 01Design systems, structures, and standards for Notion's interviewing process
- 02Train interviewers and measure their effectiveness
- 03Maintain a healthy, well-mapped interviewer pool
- 04Manage AI and experimental interview formats
- 05Build and run programs for new recruiter onboarding and enablement
- 06Provide program management support for specialized hiring motions like internal mobility and M&A integration
- 07Build processes, communications, and coordination frameworks for Recruiting
Требования
- 015+ years of relevant experience in program management, recruiting operations, or a highly cross-functional role in a fast-moving environment
- 02High agency — move fast, take ownership end-to-end, and don't wait for perfect information or explicit direction to get started
- 03Builder mentality — energized when creating something new or improving something that doesn't yet work well
- 04Strong project management skills — lead complex initiatives from scoping through execution
- 05Comfort with ambiguity and complexity — create structure where needed
- 06Proven ability to operate with discretion and high judgment on sensitive or high-profile work
- 07Strong analytical instincts — use data to evaluate program health, spot patterns, and make informed decisions
- 08Outstanding written and verbal communication — tailor message to the audience and create clarity across all levels of the organization
Условия
- 01Role based in San Francisco or New York City
- 02Work from office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (Anchor Days)
- 03Estimated base salary range $140,000 - $195,000 per year for SF/NYC locations
