Обязанности
- 01Diagnose and map high-friction revenue close workflows (recons, tie-outs, variance analysis, documentation)
- 02Ship process and tooling improvements with clear adoption and evidence expectations
- 03Implement controlled AI-assisted workflows for repeatable analysis and documentation
- 04Deliver durable process/tooling improvements to reduce close effort and error risk
- 05Raise the bar on operational rigor (requirements, acceptance criteria, testing, control narratives)
Требования
- 01Fluency in ASC 606 and month-end close mechanics
- 02Track record improving finance/accounting operations (recons, tie-outs, variance analysis, documentation, control narratives) end-to-end
- 03Strong project management, execution, and organization
- 04Comfort partnering with technical teams (BizTech/Engineering)
- 05Practical, thoughtful use of AI to improve quality and speed in repeatable work

- 01Role is based in San Francisco
- 02Work from office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days)
- 03Estimated base salary range for San Francisco: $130,000 - $145,000 per year
