Senior Manager, Equity Administration

Обязанности

  • 01Own daily administration of the company's equity plans, including stock option grants, RSUs, exercises, repurchases, and cancellations.
  • 02Partner with People Operations to support onboarding, offboarding, and employee communications related to equity.
  • 03Maintain accuracy and integrity of data in the equity management system (Shareworks).
  • 04Assist the accounting team with valuation of awards in Shareworks, as well as other complex equity transactions.
  • 05Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel on equity-related matters.
  • 06Support employee education around equity to enhance understanding and engagement; respond to incoming requests and coordinate cross-functionally to answer employee questions.

Требования

  • 018–10 years of progressive experience in equity administration, ideally at least 2 years in a manager-level or lead role.
  • 02Deep expertise in equity management platforms (Shareworks preferred) and familiarity with GAAP accounting for equity compensation.
  • 03Strong understanding of U.S. tax and securities regulations related to equity compensation (including 409A, taxation on equity).
  • 04High attention to detail, analytical rigor, and process orientation.
  • 05Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across Finance, Legal, and People teams.
