Обязанности
- 01Lead and grow a high-performing team of product designers
- 02Own product vision and design direction across critical product areas
- 03Partner with product and engineering to shape strategy and deliver customer impact
- 04Stay close to customers and use their feedback to guide product decisions
- 05Jump into the work when needed to unblock teams and accelerate progress
- 06Create clarity, raise quality, and help teams ship faster
- 07Raise the bar for product thinking, interaction design, systems thinking, and craft
- 08Coach designers through clear feedback, high standards, and strong mentorship
- 09Help define how design works in an AI-native world
- 10Build strong partnerships across product, engineering, data, and design

- 01Experience leading and developing high-performing product design teams
- 02Strong product judgment, design craft, and systems thinking
- 03Track record of shipping products with meaningful customer and business impact
- 04Deep customer empathy and comfort operating in ambiguity
- 05Ability to influence across functions and develop exceptional talent
- 06Curiosity that borders obsession over how AI changes the nature software and how we work
