Senior Associate, Strategic Finance

Обязанности
- 01Build and own detailed financial and operational models with the highest quality and accuracy
- 02Use data to influence key strategic decisions across Product, GTM, and business leadership
- 03Lead planning analyses for cross-functional teams, evaluating tradeoffs across growth, efficiency, and resourcing
- 04Identify and develop KPIs; build dashboards to monitor performance and communicate insights to stakeholders
- 05Partner closely with business leaders to translate strategy into execution and drive accountability
- 06Help run bi-annual budgeting and headcount planning cycles
- 07Manage company performance against financial targets — identifying where to course-correct and where to accelerate
- 08Build and maintain internal tools that reduce manual work and improve data accuracy across the finance org
Требования
- 014+ years in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, VC/PE, or Corporate Finance at a top-tier technology company
- 02Excellent financial modeling and quantitative / data analysis skills
- 03Extreme attention to detail with a high regard for precision
- 04Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- 05Track record of developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners
- 06A 'get things done' mentality — you dissect complex problems, find solutions, and drive them to completion with a high degree of autonomy
- 07Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities
