- 01Meet with stakeholders to understand OKR requirements and convert them into analytical solutions
- 02Model new product analytics datasets built on proprietary operations software to optimize growth strategies and cost reductions
- 03Improve operational and financial productivity across business and software
- 04Rapid prototype new functionality via dashboards to enable new ways of working and discover best practices for workflow management
- 05Contribute and grow the culture of excellence by bringing processes and best practices to the group
- 06Drive highly visible projects for Flexport
- 07Influence the roadmap for both Data Analytics department and stakeholders
Требования
- 011-5 years of experience in Data Analyst, BI Engineer, Product Analyst or similar role
- 02Strong SQL fluency
- 03Experience with ELT data modeling, especially with dbt
- 04Building analytical narratives using data visualizations
- 05Executive communication skills and empathy to understand business pain points
- 06Interest in optimizing operational productivity and measuring automation
- 07Familiarity with applied statistics and scripting languages like Python or R
