Air Operations Associate

Обязанности
- 01Execute end-to-end air shipments: receive booking, contact shipper/consignee and agent to arrange shipment within SOP.
- 02Input data into system to create files, complete MAWB and HAWB, ensure correct and timely handling, file AMS or submit EDI (FHL/FWB) as required.
- 03Perform timely invoicing to clients/agents and verify incoming invoices from subcontractors.
- 04Provide customer service by following up on customer requests, claims, and feedback, and arrange shipments accordingly.
- 05Report irregularities or problems to senior management and provide feedback on subcontractor standards.
- 06Ensure all operational activities comply with international shipping regulations, company policies, and customer SOPs.
- 07Handle customer statistics, reports, and special requests to improve systems.
- 08Maintain data and system accuracy by keeping Flexport systems updated to meet KPIs and ensure high-quality data.
- 09Collaborate with account managers, customers, and customs teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
- 10Identify and suggest process enhancements to drive efficiency and quality improvements.
- 11Support teammates and take on additional tasks as needed.
Требования
- 01Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field.
- 021-2 years of experience in air operations or related roles in freight forwarding/logistics.
- 03Fluent in Japanese with strong written and spoken communication; good English communication skills.
- 04Detail-oriented, structured, and eager to learn global supply chain operations.
- 05Customer-focused mindset: respond promptly and professionally to customer needs, handle calls and queries, provide first-class service.
- 06Flexible and open to working weekends.
