Senior Fullstack Engineer, Observability

Обязанности
- 01Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to improve the Postman Insights product
- 02Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to build new AI-powered features for the Postman Insights product
- 03Work directly with users to improve the Postman Insights experience
- 04Own fullstack development for feature improvements and new feature prototypes
- 05Collaborate cross-functionality to improve the integration of Postman Insights as part of the integrated Postman product experience
- 06Contribute to architectural and design decisions alongside the team

- 01Strong track record of delivery
- 02Has launched multiple user-facing products/features
- 03Strong fullstack implementation skills
- 04We’re looking for someone able to singlehandedly drive the initial development of substantial features
- 05Scrappy prototyper
- 06Able to spin up prototypes in a matter of days
- 07Good grasp of AI technologies
- 08Able to quickly learn and build on top of new technologies in the AI space
- 09Good product sense
- 10Is able to deeply understand the user and collaborate on solutions for addressing their needs
- 11Excellent communication skills
- 12Good track record of mentorship
- 13Experience building product features
- 14Both frontend and backend development experience
- 15Experience launching multiple user-facing products in collaboration with Product and Design
- 16Experience driving large projects: 2+ past projects where you were responsible for hands-on delivering large parts of the work and 2+ past projects with multiple engineers
- 17Experience making architecture-level decisions based on scaling or other constraints
- 18Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- 19Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to come to the office 5x per week
