- 01Lead and grow the Docs engineering team building our developer-facing documentation platform
- 02Player/coach role: write code where stakes are highest, review architecture, and set technical direction alongside Staff Engineers
- 03Own execution, quality, and team health across a TypeScript/Next.js stack hosted on Vercel
- 04Talk directly to customers, gather feedback, and drive product improvements from real-world developer pain
- 05Mentor engineers, hold a high quality bar, and help people grow
Требования
- 0110+ years in software engineering, preferably in a startup environment
- 02Hands-on with TypeScript, Next.js, and modern frontend infrastructure
- 03Track record of shipping with and through teams — not just managing from a distance
- 04Have recruited strong engineers and know what great looks like
- 05Clear communicator, organized, comfortable with ambiguity and fast decisions
- 06Excited to be technically engaged, not just a people manager
- 07Familiarity with API development, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- 08Prior experience working in a SaaS or cloud-based environment
- 09A passion for building systems that prioritize scalability, performance, and operational excellence

- 01Base salary range of $250,000 to $290,000 plus a competitive equity package
