  • 01Drive sales by nurturing prospects & supporting customers in corporate market
  • 02Conduct discovery, qualification, technical demos, & proof of value workshops with prospective customers
  • 03Handle Postman technical questions or objections & provide solutions or workarounds
  • 04Produce reusable collateral to help prospective customers adopt API-first practices with Postman
  • 05Understand customer workflows & advise on API-first development best practices
  • 06Share customer feedback with appropriate teams & provide general customer advocacy
  • 07Remain up-to-date with competitive landscape, trends, & challenges in API market
  • 08Create proof of concept integrations, tooling, & workflows to support prospective customers
  • 09Maintain & develop customer sandbox environments & best practices for working with the product
  • 10Act as technical intermediary between sales & other teams to fit customer needs

Требования

  • 014+ years of corporate sales/solutions engineering experience
  • 023+ years of software development experience
  • 033+ API’s and Data platforms experience
  • 04Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 05Ability to travel up to 25%
  • 06Customer-facing experience & comfort engaging all levels of technologists
  • 07Strong understanding of APIs & experience producing/consuming APIs across domains
  • 08Knowledge of modern development methodologies & DevOps
  • 09Comfort with SaaS sales process & cloud security concerns
  • 10Experience executing sales strategies like MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, Command of the Message
  • 11Excellent listener who seeks to understand customer goals
  • 12Familiar with developer tooling: IDEs, Git, CI/CD, monitoring services, microservices, containers, cloud computing
  • 13Fast learner, excited to learn new technologies continuously
  • 14Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal & written)
