Global Field Events Lead

Обязанности

  • 01Develop and execute a global field events strategy aligned to pipeline creation, retention, and revenue goals across SLG motions
  • 02Set the annual events calendar, regional mix, and investment model
  • 03Ensure field event execution is tightly integrated with global campaign strategy, regional GTM priorities, and product moments
  • 04Continuously test and evolve event formats
  • 05Own the strategy and execution of Postman's most strategic field moments including industry conferences, executive summits, and small-format gatherings
  • 06Execute multi-channel field programs in coordination with Product Marketing and Developer Relations
  • 07Work closely with regional sales leaders and CS to build event strategies aligned to territory plans
  • 08Design account-specific field plays that create and accelerate pipeline at named accounts
  • 09Own KPIs tied to sourced and influenced pipeline, executive engagement quality, and program efficiency
  • 10Track and report on the full field events funnel
  • 11Manage a significant global budget with discipline and creative leverage

Требования

  • 0110+ years in field marketing, events, or executive programs in B2B SaaS
  • 02Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through field events and executive engagement programs
  • 03Direct experience building executive programs from scratch
  • 04Global event strategy and execution experience
  • 05Track record of building integrated field programs in close partnership with sales and senior leadership
  • 06Comfortable operating at the most senior levels of the company
  • 07Comfortable across strategy and hands-on execution
  • 08Data-driven with sharp instinct for event investment and optimization
  • 09Able to manage complexity across regions, time zones, and stakeholders
  • 10Prioritize ruthlessly and execute with speed and focus
