- 01Lead engineering strategy, execution, and delivery for the Agentic Onboarding and Insights pods
- 02Define and execute clear technical roadmaps, milestones, and success criteria
- 03Drive architectural decisions and provide deep technical leadership across backend systems and distributed platforms
- 04Stay hands-on with coding, debugging, prototyping, and technical problem-solving on a day-to-day basis
- 05Mentor and support engineers through a culture of trust, psychological safety, and high performance
- 06Help stabilize and grow a team transitioning from previous leadership changes
- 07Partner closely with Product, Design, GTM, and leadership teams to align engineering outcomes with business goals
- 08Participate in customer conversations, sales engagements, and feedback loops to better understand user pain points
- 09Build scalable engineering practices with strong institutional thinking and engineering rigor
- 10Balance execution across two distinct domains: AI-driven onboarding and autonomous workflows, and Observability and insights platform capabilities
- 11Collaborate effectively across globally distributed teams, particularly with stakeholders in the US
Требования
- 0110–12+ years of backend engineering experience
- 02Strong hands-on technical depth with the ability to dive deep into complex engineering problems
- 034+ years of experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
- 04Strong institutional thinking and ability to grow engineers
- 05Comfortable coding regularly while managing teams
- 06Experience working in larger-scale engineering organizations
- 07Experience collaborating with cross functional teams
- 08Ability to lead technical discussions with customers and support sales conversations
- 09Strong experimentation mindset with comfort around testing and prototyping new technologies
