01Design and build scalable data pipelines from internal and external sources to serve business needs
02Continually make enhancements that improve data architecture, making it performant, secure, and easier to maintain (e.g., ETL pipelines in singer-taps, dbt transformations, reverse ETL flows, and BI tools performance)
03Collaborate with analysts and product teams to build agents that can automate workflows and generate insights
04Actively participate in the code review process, design discussions, and constructively identify problems and propose solutions

013-5 years of experience in Data Engineering at Postman’s scale
02Advanced SQL
03Proficient with one or more programming languages (Python (preferred), JavaScript, Golang)
04Familiarity with cloud platforms (such as AWS (preferred), Azure, or Google Cloud) and their data-related services (Redshift, Databricks and ClickHouse)
05Strong knowledge of data lake fundamentals, especially on the performance aspects
06Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and detailed specifications
