• 01Define and drive multi-year technical strategy, including our distributability and multi-cloud strategy
• 02Identify and personally lead the highest-complexity, highest-impact engineering initiatives spanning multiple teams
• 03Serve as one of the primary technical decision-makers for major architectural decisions with org-wide scope
• 04Partner with other teams such as Inference and Platform for foundational systems
• 05Partner with Customer Success for the voice of customers
• 06Partner with Infrastructure and Safeguards for security, privacy, and responsible deployment
• 07Mentor and develop Staff-level engineers across the org
• 08Drive alignment across Product, GTM, Customer Success, and beyond
• 09Proactively identify and address systemic technical risks

Требования

• 01Have 10+ years of engineering experience with a clear track record operating at Staff or Senior Staff level
• 02Have demonstrably shaped technical strategy for large-scale Cloud Service Provider or Enterprise SaaS companies
• 03Drive the highest-leverage technical outcomes without formal authority—lead through influence, quality of thinking, and trust
• 04Have deep expertise in distributed systems and API architecture
• 05Effective at writing design docs, making architectural calls, and coding in critical paths
• 06Highly effective across org boundaries—build trust with GTM, Platform, Inference, Infrastructure, Privacy, Safeguards, and business stakeholders
• 07Bring strong domain expertise and intuition in enterprise areas such as security, identity, compliance, governance, permissions, and connectivity

• 01Annual Salary: $405,000 — $485,000 USD
• 02Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 03Location-based hybrid policy: At least 25% of time in office
• 04Visa sponsorship available (but not guaranteed for every role)
