• 01Manage and grow the team: coach, hire, and set the bar for craft and reliability
• 02Own the technical roadmap for anthropic.com and claude.com: CMS architecture, publishing workflow, performance, SEO health, localization, the production design system, deploy pipeline, on-call, and incident response
• 03Run launch engineering for model, product, and campaign moments, shipping high-quality pages on tight, shifting timelines without heroics
• 04Build the brand tooling layer: internal tools, integrations, and Claude-in-the-loop workflows that let designers, writers, and marketers publish safely without engineering as a bottleneck
• 05Partner with design and editorial on creative technology, data visualizations, interactive explainers, campaign experiences, that need real engineering, not a template
• 06Align web engineering work with Marketing, Product, Comms, and core Engineering, and say no to what doesn't move brand and business goals

Требования

• 0110+ years in software engineering
• 025+ managing engineers
• 03Experience as an engineering manager inside a marketing, brand, or design engineering organization specifically
• 04Owned a high-traffic marketing or brand web surface end to end: CMS, frontend, infrastructure, and the publishing workflow around it
• 05Strong frontend depth yourself, TypeScript, React, modern CSS, a modern headless CMS, and a real preference for staying close to the code
• 06Built tooling that made non-engineers faster and safer, with a concrete story of what changed
• 07Shipped under real launch pressure with cross-functional partners, without dropping the quality bar
• 08Comfortable operating at the seam between Design, Marketing, and Engineering
• 09Deep interest in AI and excitement about putting Claude into the build and publish loop itself, not just on the page
• 10Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
• 11Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience

• 01Annual Salary: $460,000 — $460,000 USD
• 02Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time
