Internal Content Producer

- 01Work with the Internal Editorial Lead to identify the stories
- 02Tell those stories in unexpected ways (e.g. through videos, in-office pop-up exhibits, podcast series)
- 03Own the end-to-end content production process in-house

- 01A knack for finding and building narratives
- 02Experience producing content in different mediums (e.g. video, audio, physical artifacts)
- 03Experience in high-trust, time-sensitive environments
- 04Ability to move extremely quickly and fluidly
- 05Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
- 06Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position

- 02The annual compensation range for this role is $295,000 — $345,000 USD

- 05Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time
