• 07Manage and develop the audience leads and media designers; play a key role in the education team's growth and org design
• 08Own learning measurement: how we know content is teaching, and how that feeds back into how we make it
• 09Take us to the next stages of reach —localization, globalization, new audiences—and own the strategy and execution for getting there

• 06Produced learning across formats —written, video, interactive—and know when to deploy each
• 07Built and run technical curriculum before and know what it takes to teach developers
• 08Can read code, know what good looks like, and can coach technical team members
• 09Rigorous about measurement and grounded in learning science
• 10Produced content with Claude yourself and have real intuition for what to trust it with
• 11Energized by scaling your own craft into systems and workflows
• 12Comfortable that today's best content has a short shelf life
• 13Have a thesis about what teaching becomes when every learner has an adaptive AI tutor
