Programs and Business Operations Lead

- 01Develop actionable business analysis - enable functional leads to provide consistent information to their teams and stakeholders
- 02Provide data driven insights quickly and accurately by leveraging tools such as SQL, excel and Tableau
- 03Partner with product and marketing teams to translate business goals into program requirements and go-to-market strategies
- 04Identify new growth opportunities, design experiments to test hypotheses, and develop plans to scale proven levers
- 05Build tools and equip teams with the relevant data support to tools to make actionable decisions
- 06Create materials to communicate strategy and business performance to key stakeholders
- 07Manage cross-functional workstreams across product, marketing, data science, finance, partnerships, and business operations
Требования
- 0112+ years experience in consulting position, or strategy operations role and working across multiple geographies
- 02Ability to prioritize quickly and go deep on execution of new initiatives
- 03Analysis and formulation of plans to address key business priorities or issues
- 04Leadership and ability to influence other stakeholders
- 05Ability to take initiative and deal with uncertainties
- 06Strong appetite for working with the Airbnb community
- 07Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organization skills
- 08Deep understanding of supply/demand dynamics, incentive design, and growth levers
- 09Background in loyalty programs, incentive programs, or merchandising strongly preferred
- 10Pays attention to both details and macro-level outcomes
- 11Seasoned internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- 12Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever changing startup environment
- 13Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
- 14Data driven, can do attitude, strategic thinker and passion for new products and solutions
- 15Comfortable with Excel, SQL
- 16Strong verbal and written communication skills
