Growth Marketing Lead, Guest Engagement

Обязанности
- 01Lead strategy and lifecycle marketing execution across email and push with a primary focus on new Airbnb pilots
- 02Partner with global business teams to translate new Airbnb pilots and promotional moments into effective customer journeys and campaigns
- 03Leverage segmentation, behavioral triggers and personalization to improve campaign performance and customer engagement
- 04Partner with Analytics and Data Science on segmentation approach, campaign performance, evaluate incrementality and translate findings into leadership-ready recommendations
- 05Collaborate with Creative, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences across channels
- 06Leverage AI-driven insights, automation, and personalization capabilities to improve customer relevance and campaign performance
- 07Manage a structured experimentation roadmap across messaging, audiences, timing and channel mix to drive continuous program improvement
- 08Develop clear briefs that articulate campaign goals and technical, data, creative, and audience requirements
- 09Stay focused and organized in a fast-moving environment, using strong prioritization to keep workstreams impactful
- 10Work autonomously, learning tools and systems quickly and proactively moving work forward
Требования
- 0110+ years of B2C CRM/lifecycle experience in fast-paced consumer or e-commerce environments with a track record of high-impact work
- 02Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer journey design, segmentation, personalization, and behavioral marketing
- 03Exceptional prioritization and project management skills, able to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality execution
- 04Thrives in ambiguity and change, showing resilience, adaptability, and steady leadership in a fast-paced tech environment
- 05Proven ability to influence cross-functional roadmaps and present strategy and results clearly to senior leadership
- 06Strong analytical mindset with experience in experimentation, performance measurement, and campaign optimization
- 07Experience partnering effectively across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Creative, and Marketing teams
- 08Ability to balance growth objectives with customer experience and brand considerations
- 09Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, and AI-enabled personalization capabilities
- 10A positive, collaborative culture carrier, bringing curiosity, optimism, and passion for lifecycle marketing to the broader team

- 01This position is US - Remote Eligible
- 02The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager
- 03Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity
- 04Pay Range $160,000 — $200,000 USD
- 05This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits
