01Drive operational excellence across key programs tied to fraud and safety operations goals
02Lead end-to-end process improvement efforts including business case development, root cause analysis, and solution launch
03Translate business and operational requirements to cross-functional stakeholders
04Achieve strategic alignment across stakeholders to embed operational goals in system design and delivery
05Identify opportunities for process improvement grounded in data, customer insights, and trends
06Act as a subject matter expert on workflows, tools, and processes
07Apply AI thoughtfully into operations to minimize waste and drive consistency
08Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver initiatives on time and within budget
09Champion continuous improvement, fostering Lean and Six Sigma principles
10Define and track KPIs to measure impact and identify optimization areas
11Promote a data-driven culture informed by analytics and insights

01Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
026+ years of experience driving operational excellence in large-scale operations
03Proven track record of results in continuous improvement and operational optimization
04Strong data-driven problem-solving skills with experience in defining and measuring KPIs
05Experience implementing quality assurance frameworks and process governance
06Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment
07Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder communication skills
08Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments
09Self-starter with a high degree of ownership, initiative, and autonomy
10Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP certification or comparable is a plus
