Business Operations and Growth Lead

- 01Align all functions to achieve objectives set with the Director, US West
- 02Drive regular business operation meetings and initiate meaningful conversations
- 03Lead weekly meetings with cross-functional project teams to ensure key initiatives are on track
- 04Analyze macro and micro trends and present analysis, insights, and actionable plans to leadership
- 05Support the Director and senior leaders on key strategic projects
- 06Lead and implement ad-hoc operational and strategic projects
- 07Own the conception, execution, and measurement of cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
Требования
- 01Minimum 10+ years of work experience
- 02Combined exposure to data-modeling, analytics, and project management in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment
- 03World class written and verbal communication skills
- 04Ability to present at all levels of an organization
- 05Proven track record of influencing and rallying diverse cross-functional stakeholders
- 06Ability to dive into details and contextualize initiatives within broader company strategy
- 07Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- 08Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
- 09Experience implementing and scaling initiatives across globally dispersed teams
- 10Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments
- 11Hands-on approach with ability to get things done fast
- 12Comfort with manipulating large datasets in excel
- 13SQL proficiency strongly preferred
Условия
- 01Position based in California - ideally San Francisco or Los Angeles
- 02Remote eligible but must live where Airbnb has a registered entity
- 03May include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites
- 04Base pay dependent on factors like experience and market demands
