Обязанности
- 01Drive the AI solutioning throughout the pre-sales process on healthcare deals from initial discovery through deal close
- 02Diagnose prospective client problems through an AI lens and identify where AI-enabled strategies can transform operations
- 03Research clients and their industry landscape to prepare materials for prospective client meetings
- 04Develop deep expertise in Distyl's Healthcare Solutions to identify and prioritize high-value use cases
- 05Feed insights to AEs to sharpen the pitch and differentiate Distyl's AI-enabled offerings
- 06Conduct technical discovery after Account Executives open the door to identify use cases, solution architecture, and feasibility
- 07Work closely with engineering to co-design solutions and bridge gap between customer needs and platform capabilities
- 08Build demos and competitive positioning docs with internal stakeholders
- 09Build out POC proposals including scope, success criteria, timelines, and resource requirements
- 10Navigate noisy enterprise data to identify how AI can create reliable outcomes
- 11Build compelling storylines and decks that make the ROI of AI transformation concrete
- 12Create and maintain reusable GTM assets including demo scripts, ROI calculators, and pitch decks
- 13Own the knowledge transfer ensuring clean handoff to the expansion team
- 14Maintain living account documentation during the pre-sales phase
Требования
- 018-12 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, product management or similar role at intersection of business and technology
- 02Deep direct experience in healthcare (payer operations, provider workflows, or health tech)
- 03Technical undergraduate degree (CS, engineering, math, or similar)
- 04Hands-on experience designing and building GenAI solutions
- 05Ability to translate complex AI technical capabilities into specific high-value business outcomes
- 06Strong engineering-adjacent data skills including SQL and Python
- 07Understanding of healthcare operations including prior authorization processing and claims adjudication
